Truck Rodeo

Well, this was definitely a different kind of shoot for me. I was hired to take pics of the day for a company who was putting on a 'family fun day' of sorts for their 'over-the road' drivers. There was a truck obstacle course, and they competed to see who could manuver through it with the most ease. It was really fun. My husband happens to work there, and he helped set everything up, and so my kids got to be a part of it. They had a blast! Oh, and I went up in a PLANE to take aerial photos!!! How cool is that? Well, cool until I almost puked myself, but it was great other than that.

School's Out!

Here are a couple pics from Sam's LAST day of kindergarten...I can't believe he's officially a 'grade-schooler'! I'm working on a shoot from this weekend...I hope to have those up by tomorrow.

I can't say enough about the beauty of this family. I've known the mommy for years, and I was so excited when she called me to do this. Her family is growing again, and the love between them is so evident. They were so natural and laid back; I really hope it shows through in these photos. And how great does pregnancy look on her?!
